TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The Samurai Course offers an Accountability Deposit Refund for those who complete the course within ten (10) weeks of registering. This means you have:

i) Watched ALL videos in the course;
ii) Completed ALL assignments.

The Accountability Deposit Refund is only fulfilled if i) and ii) are met PRIOR to submission of your refund request.

All refund requests will be verified through our system logs to ensure that all videos and assignments have been completed. If we determine that videos have been completed over a short time of several days, the refund will not be eligible for processing.

Refund requests MUST be received via email to public AT focus.ceo no later than midnight Eastern Standard Time (12am EST) within ten (10) weeks of registering. Late refund requests will not be granted. We may contact you for additional verification. Refunds are processed within seven (7) business days. Once the refund has been processed your access to the Samurai Course will be revoked.
